If you are or were a subscriber who resides in the United States whom SportsEdTV, Inc. has identified through its records as having watched videos on the SportsEdTV, Inc’s Website during the period of May 9, 2023, to May 16, 2025, you may be a Class Member and eligible for Settlement Benefits. Excluded from the Settlement Class are: (1) any Judge or Magistrate presiding over this Action and members of their families; (2) Defendant and its officers, directors, attorneys, and employees; (3) persons who properly execute and file a timely request for exclusion from the Settlement Class in the manner provided in this Agreement; and (4) the legal representatives, successors or assigns of any such excluded persons.
If you are a Settlement Class Member and wish to receive payment then your must submit a Claim Form by September 10, 2026.
To start your online claim form, you must login with your LoginID and PIN. You can find your LoginID and PIN on the Notice that was sent to you. If you are unable to locate your ID and PIN, please contact the Settlement Administrator by emailing info@SportsEdTVSettlement.com. Please request your ID and PIN by providing your full name and mailing address.

The deadline to submit a Claim Form online is September 10, 2026. If you are mailing your Claim Form, it must be mailed with a postmark date no later than September 10, 2026.
